New Ranger lost low gear on the way to work. Hutchinson towed and fixed it the same day. Thank goodness it was something simple.

The kindness from this dealership is unmatched. I wasn't even a customer and they went above and beyond. I was traveling through St. LOUIS and my Expedition had been broken into. The police just left me there with glass scattered throughout my car and car wash vacuums were only scratching the glass into my seats. I stopped at Hutchinson Ford on my way south and they, free of charge, vacuumed the glass out and helped tape up the window so I could get home a little bit warmer (it was 35 out). They had no obligation to me but they definitely helped make a bad situation a little brighter.

During the cold spell a few weeks ago my Explorer had an electrical issue requiring it be towed to dealership. this was my first experience with Hutcheson Ford , having spent 30 years working in new car dealerships i am probably a severe critic of dealerships . From my first call to service , my in person visit , the resulting repair.process and my pick-up experience all communication was through , timely and complete ,questions answered by caring people with proper answers. Hutchinson Ford in St. James Missouri installed a remote start on my car, they picked up my car and brought it back to me when they were finished. It was done in a timely manner and I was very impressed with how they communicated with me through the whole thing to let me know my car was back at the service center, when they were finished and bringing it back to me Thank you Hutchinson Ford for a job well done and in a timely manner!
