Horrible. We ordered a new truck in 2022 and the transmission and Motor went out in it and they said even with bumper to bumper warranty they can’t get the parts in for 6+ months and by the time it comes in our warranty will be expired and we don’t have a vehicle to drive now. Pretty said when you have a NEW $75k truck and can’t even drive it. Don’t try talking to JOE either. He has the worst customer service.

Traded in our suv for a newer one, Phil was our sales person and couldn’t have made the process any easier for us, as well as handling everything in a timely manner. Drew in finance and Nathan the sales manager also provided the same level of service. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks hutcheson ford.

Highly recommend! We worked with Danielle throughout our car buying experience and she made the whole process quick and smooth when often it’s a dreaded process. We came in unsure of what we wanted, but quickly had our minds set when we test drove a 2020 Ford Expedition, which is what we drove home in a short time later!
