Some of What You'll Do    

  • Schedule service appointments; obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible    
  • Promote and attain dealership standards for superior workmanship    
  • Create and update repair order documentation with accurate vehicle diagnostics    
  • Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner    
  • Refers to service history, inspects vehicle when needed, and recommends additional needed service    
  • Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications    
  • Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts and establishes an estimated repair timeline    
  • Obtains customer signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy    
  • If needed, contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimated or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed    
  • Closes repair order as appropriate

What We Are Looking For    

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent    
  • Valid driver's license    
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes    
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality    
  • Excellent communication skills    
  • Outstanding customer service skills   
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity    
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills    
  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
