Our journey began in 1954 when Guy and Velma Lee Hutcheson laid the foundation of Hutcheson Ford Sales, Inc.in a quaint brick-built dealership in central St. James. From that small but mighty shop, they created a dealership grounded in honesty, hard work, and a deep connection to the community. Their vision was simple: to provide reliable vehicles and unparalleled service to their neighbors and friends.

Generations of Dedication

As the years passed, the Hutcheson legacy grew stronger. Guy and Velma Lee welcomed their daughter, Susan, and her husband, Butch, into the business. With their sights set on expansion, Butch and Susan Tucker took the reins, guiding Hutcheson Ford Sales, Inc. into its next chapter. In September 2000, the dealership moved to a new, larger location on the north outer road off Interstate 44 in St. James, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

The family tradition continued as Butch and Susan's eldest son, Mike Tucker, joined the team. Mike's passion for the family business was evident as he immersed himself in every aspect of operations, learning from the ground up. Today and Beyond
