Some of What You'll Do
- Leverage your Ford/Lincoln, Dodge, Chevrolet experience to perform diagnostics, evaluate electrical components and systems, and perform repairs to brakes, front/back end, A/C, etc.
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their vehicle
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Communicate with parts department for part orders & timely completion of projects
- Enjoy a regular work schedule consisting of 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week with an occasional 6 day week
- Continue to develop your skills and take your career to new heights!
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of electrical systems, A/C systems, general service, brake and front end work (ASE certifications preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Strong problem solving and follow up skills
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
