Some of What You'll Do

  • Assists all customers (retail & shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Informs customers of companion part requirements and promotions/specials when applicable
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
  • Notifies the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
  • Locates out-of-stock parts from vendors and submits order when appropriate
  • Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received
  • Follows up on back-ordered parts
  • Assists sales representatives with client orders
  • Oversees all internal requests for parts and verifies correct billing on service repair orders
  • Other tasks as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, repair processes, and part application
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity
  • Strong problem solving and follow up skills
  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
