In 1978 his son-in-law, Butch Tucker, joined Mr. Hutcheson in the business. In 1986 Mr. Hutcheson sold the business to his son-in-law and daughter, Butch and Susan Tucker.
Butch and Susan continued to run the business at the James Blvd. location and started planning for the future. In 1989 they purchased a 10-acre piece of ground along Interstate 44. After 10 more years of hard work by the Hutchesons and Tuckers as well as their staff, the business had grown to the point that the old facility could not handle the volume of business anymore. Plans were made to build a new dealership.  Ground was broken for the new facility in October of 1999, and the company opened for business at the present location on Friday, September 1, 2000

Being a third generation car dealer, Mike started his automotive career at the age of 13 helping his father, and grandfather, around the dealership. After many years of gained experience Mike now runs the dealership as Vice President.

Joy loves our employees, and how they enjoy taking care of our customers. Hutcheson Ford is a great place to work; where we have fun and enjoy what we do! Joy comes from a background in public education, over 33 years. Two years ago she was blessed enough to learn a whole new career while joining with her family here at the dealership.

Dallas is celebrating 16 years with the Hutcheson Ford family. His first vehicle was a 1979 Ford pickup and grew up always working on car/trucks with his family. On off hours, Dallas enjoys boating, off-roading, and camping.

Drew has worked at Hutcheson Ford sense he was a child helping out his father and grandfather from time to time. Drew joined full time as a Sales Representative and then transitioned over to Finance where he now is the Finance Manager.Â

Nathan, having been with Hutcheson Ford for 5 years, enjoys meeting all the people coming through the dealership. He likes that every day is different yet the role allows him time to spend with family, including his three daughters, ages 11, 5, & 2. During his non-working hours, he coaches basketball of his two oldest daughters and also finds time to fish plus hunt. Family time is very important including special beach vacations yearly.

Rodney joined the dealership on March 19th, 2012. He states his very first vehicle was a 1999 Mercury Cougar. Rodney grew up around the dealership and always have been interested in cars and he loves meeting new people.Â
His favorite activities outside of work are playing golf and taking road trips. He is engaged to get married to his fiancé, Miranda, in October 2018. They have a little boy named Oliver Jay Barnett which Rodney states have been the best thing that has ever happened to him and he is beyond blessed to have them both in his life!

Trae has worked in both the entertainment and healthcare industries on the business side of things. Trae works as a generalist for Hutcheson Ford completing large company initiatives.Â
